Abstarct: Flotation is one of the conventional methods in iron ore processing. Due to the increase of flotation from laboratory to industrial and the dispersion of materials and lack of proper division, less attention has been paid to it compared to the comparison and integration. In this research, an attempt has been made to collect and present the Flute method by collecting all the big models. Help them by classifying them and compare them as best as possible and provide a suitable reference for a large flotation model. The main goal of this research is the feasibility of using mechanical flotation cell baxsed on the results of laboratory studies in industrial research. For this purpose, the amount of RTD was calculated using the detector in the laboratory test. Then, the rate of transport at two depths of 4 and 6 cm was checked, and the transport at these depths was equal to 7.2 and 9.2 g/s, respectively. Sinfuletic has an increase in the design of cells and the investigation of various factors on flotation. Therefore, flotation kinetic modeling can be very beneficial in improving flotation processes and reducing time and cost. Kinetic flotation tests were carried out in laboratory and semi-industrial settings. By correcting the grade to avoid predicted errors, it has been shown that the recovery and flotation of iron are close to the composition and follow a pattern.
